PlayerAuctions
1. Explaining PlayerAuctions
PlayerAuctions allows players to sell their items and earn money by selling valuable items that other people may want.
You can sell valuable items to earn money, or buy items that may help you progress faster.
It is one of the methods to earn more money.
You can purchase items from the auction house if you have nothing to sell but want to buy an item or block that will be useful to you.
2. How to use PlayerAuctions
To make money from PlayerAuctions, you'll need a valuable item that is good at catching people's attention.
Try selling items that are in high demand, such as:
- Food → useful for players who need quick supplies
- Sugar Cane → commonly used for farming and trading
- Pickaxes → especially valuable if enchanted
- Enchanted Books → useful for upgrading gear
- Ores → iron, emeralds, and diamonds sell well
Tip: Items that are easy to farm in large amounts usually sell the best. More valuable items are also more likely to attract buyers.
3. How to SELL items
To sell an item, hold it in your hand and type /ah sell <price>. Example: /ah sell 500
Once you have put your item on sale, it will be broadcast to all online players on the server.
The item you have listed, the price, and the quantity.
Tip: Check /ah first to see what other players are selling similar items for.
Note: A small 5% tax is applied when your item sells, so keep this in mind when setting your price.
Fishing (EvenMoreFish)
Now let's talk about fishing, aka "EvenMoreFish" also known as "EMF" for short.
Another way you could join in & compete to take the number #1 spot and win a huge amount of money & diamonds.
If you are not a competitive person, that's perfectly fine. You can still earn money without joining in the event.
Fishing is a simple and relaxing way to earn money during the early game, and you can earn a decent amount of profit.
You can catch custom fish that are worth a high price and sell them for profit.
All you need is a normal fishing rod; enchantments will work perfectly fine with it.
Type /emf gui, and you will get a big menu
Example:
Once you have toggled custom fish, you will now start catching custom fish to sell and to enter Fishing Competitions!
To sell your custom fish, Type: /emf sellall
Basic Money-Making Methods
There are multiple ways to earn money during the early game.
You can combine each method to earn much more money faster
Here are some methods:
1. Selling junk items
Now we all have junk in our storage spaces, and it just needs a bit of cleaning up.
Hold an item in your hand that you wish to sell.
For this, we will be selling string as a pure example, Type: /sell
It will sell all the items of string in your inventory for $0.5 per string.
2. PlayerAuctions
/ah → Sell valuable items to other players for profit
3. Jobs
Earn money while mining, farming, fishing, or hunting ect.
Combine different money methods, and you will eventually succeed in reaching your first $1,000 goal!
